    Skydiving Video

    A memory can only hold precious images and priceless moments of skydiving as long as it can remember. But there are many ways to capture those images and moments on your 1st dive or nth time that can surely last a lifetime even if everything else fail including your memory.

    Skydiving video is the best way to record everything that you want to show your friends and family your skydiving escapade. Beginning from the first lesson up to the very moment when you make your actual skydive, skydiving video is your best ally.

    Gary Patnor made another first in skydiving history when he successfully recorded his skydive in 1971, though the video recorder was not focused on him. This feat happened when Sony, made their first video camera and wanted to promote it in the most extreme manner, thus Patnor was contracted to use the camera on his skydiving show.

    Since then Patnor had many skydiving video coverage while promoting the Sony video camera. The following year he recorded the Dulles Transpo 1972 International Air Show in Washington DC and he had a skydiving video of another skydiving event the year after.

    Part of the lessons in skydiving, a video will be shown to all the students as part of the introduction to this extreme sport. Through the skydiving video the students can visualize on what is going to take place in this endeavor. The dos and don'ts are filmed so students can have a better grasp of everything about the basics including the safety measure.

    If you are in Atlanta area, the Atlanta Skydiving Center is providing videography package to their skydiving students. The coverage includes a maximum of seven minutes of the dive, special musical score and video effects recorded on a DVD format. It is like watching your favorite film with you as the lead role.
    There are other skydiving videographers in your locality. Just ask for a referral and you will surely get one. Don't forget to smile even if you can feel butterflies in your stomach.
